Unfortunately tonight I've discovered the whole left side of my tongue closer to base of tongue then to the top has a big long lump that isn't on the right side. And it's got an ulcer on it and I've had trouble swallowing and pain that radiates to the ear when I do swallow. Plus unfortunately I chewed tobacco for half my life.
