When i log into my oracle control panel it it shows me "Internal Error has occurred. Check the log file for details." error message instead of DBCA welcome page. Do you know any way to fix this ? if so it would be a big help.

Hi, good video, thanks for sharing. But i have an issue when starting dbca from 12c oracle home. it throw this error INS-08107] Failed while processing user inputs at state 'databaseOperationPage'. just at the beginning. Getting the following error while creating database : Enterprise Manager Configuration failed. Listener is not up or database service is not registered with it. Start the Listener and register the database service.
