I have Onenote open on my PC but CTRL+T opens Google instead of a new section. CTRL+O opens an INFO page, not a list of previous notebooks. What am I doing wrong, please?

Great video. Really enjoyed. Can I change the default date and time on a page (under page header) the so that it defaults to the section name?
