Even if I have 100 million in the bank I could not afford to do this 50k per night. 150k for a weekend. That is a house.

Would they charge extra if the customer stole the towels?

What's the sense in paying 50k for an overnight stay when most of the time you'll be out of your room and will just use it for sleep

1:47 If I didn't know what that was a picture of I'd guess it was a random $100 hotel in southeast Asia.

Why?
Does nobody else think this is just idiotic and a total waste of resources?

Let's say a standard night is from 5:00 pm to 9:00 am.
That means that this room costs $3, 125 an hour, or about $52 a minute, or about $.86 per second.

It's enough to fit 100 people so yeah around 500$ a night.. Not bad to share.. 😂😂

My only input: The window in front of the treadmill should not have a separator. It obstructs the whole view. They should substitute that with a single whole glass window so the view is clear.

The park avenue building was designed by the uruguayan architect, Daniel Viñoly. Im really proud that a well-known arcitect left his print in New York with an amazing building. Im from Uruguay and is a special feeling of our talented people!!
