Ok, so for everyone who doesn’t understand, it’s in New York City. That’s where most of the price comes from. 10, 000 square feet is the size of some buildings in the city. Although that house seems ridiculous at 75, 000, it’s all because of the city it’s in, and that there is a growing demand in the city for more room to live in.
