How does Microsoft 365 Licensing work?

Having recently been tasked to write a presentation on this very subject you would naturally think that's easy. Well, not so fast, there are licenses for everyone and for every occasion. A potential nightmare I hear you say. So after thinking I completely agree I decided to record an episode that would shed some light on the subject and hopefully make things a little simpler for you. Sir, when i open Ms word on my MacBook. I can only view and not edit mean while I’m using a paid version too.. what ms word says is that “you need permit from your license in order to enable editing on Mac”. How do i deal with this

Hi Andy wonderful video easy to understand for the first time user. Quick question in enterprise environment where third party employees just need an outlook and teams in the Citrix environment then which license is appropriate or enough for them? Second question people who have left the organization and their mailboxes are archived do we still need to assign a license to them to be compliant ?

How much storage do we have for Sharepoint?
We know that we get 1TB for OneDrive, but I can't find the info on the collective storage for Sharepoint, especially if we start using storage hungry video content with Stream for example.
Any comment on the subject, will help a great deal on making an educated decision on where to host the data to avoid running into limits.

Question please:
I have a small consulting business with less than a dozen clients (each with dozens of commercial real estate properties). For the past several months, I have been planning a move to the 'Cloud', via M-365 and mashing Excel, OneNote, P-BI, PowerPoint, Whiteboard and Word hosted on a SharePoint platform. No single client will even come close to exceeding the maximums of a M-365 Premium subscription. However, It strikes me as a 'cleaner' approach to obtain a separate license for each client (which I will pay for) as opposed to each client sharing my M-365 License, separated by 'permissions, of course.

Would very much appreciate your thoughts.
