How To Transfer Money To Cash App From Debit Card

In this video we’re going to look at how to easily transfer money to the Cash App from your bank debit card.

Cash App is a payment service app just like Venmo or PayPal and is widely accepted now in a lot of stores, as well as sending and receiving money to friends or family.

There are a few ways now to add money to your account, but if you have a bank debit card to use, this is the quickest way.

To get started download and open Cash App. If you don’t already have Cash App, I’ll put a link below to download it.

Once you’ve opened the app, you’ll be at the home page. If you already have a balance in your account, this is where you would be able to send or pay, or if you were requesting from another user, this is where you would send a request for funds.

Tap the bank icon on the bottom left of the screen. Here at the top you will see your Cash App balance if you have any. To start transferring funds from your bank debit card, tap Add Cash.

Here you can select a quick amount by one of the options or hit the three dots to manually enter another amount. When you have your amount entered, tap Add at the bottom.

You will then be asked to link a bank using your debit card. Start by entering your debit card number. When you’re done hit Next. After that enter your expiration, security, and zip code associated with your debit card. When you’re done hit Add Card at the bottom.

After that your debit card will be linked to your Cash App account, and the amount that you requested to be transferred will be moved over into your Cash App balance.

And that’s how you transfer money from your bank debit card to your Cash App balance.

I have to see if it "takes a day, " I tried to link a debit card (that is different than my bank account linked. Different) and so far, it won't let me load from it. Only my bank

If you have an account connected to your cash app, it takes a few minutes and your funds are there.
