Hello Mr. How To. I am looking to send money from USA to non profit account in South Africa. I have been told by the people i know in South Africa to use SWIFT to transfer. They gave me the Swift code and bank codes and supplemental information. I have actually never heard of Swift and I don't really know anything about it except what little I have found on the Internet. Please understand, I am definitely not savvy in this area. If I could do a CHECK, I'd be much happier. Can you give me some direction or advice on how to do this transaction? Do I need to go to my bank to do this? Can I do it from my computer at home?
