How to Use Zelle (Send and Receive Money Fast)

Zelle® is a fast, safe, easy, and contact-free way to send and receive money with friends, family, and others you trust.

You simply find Zelle in your mobile banking app, add the person you want to send or receive money from and type the amount.

If the person is in the Zelle network and their bank supports Zelle, they will get the money within minutes.

If they are not, they will still get the money in 1-2 days.

Here is the list of banks and credit unions in the Zelle Network.

Missing an important part here on lets say android users that their bank isn't listed or supported, what does adding your debit card do? obviously for sending others money, but when others send you money where does it get added to if you can't add your bank? that debit card you added?

As a test, the person sending and the person receiving, both bank at TD and it took about 3 days to send $1.00.

OK, now my question is " I will add their contact information in my phone list, so do I have to have mention exact name which his/her is using with their bank account. I mean have to have match the name with their bank account "? Please advise!

I sold something to a person on Facebook, they sent me the money for shipping but not the $50 for the items, I asked and she said she was sorry but that's all the money she had, I'm assuming it was a kid as these were five nights at freddy's figures and the payment came in under another name, I'm guessing her mother, anyway I can't get in touch with her to get an email address to return the shipping money, is there some way to return it with just the name and I'm guessing account # that showed up on my chase app?

4:03-end. Wait so you CAN'T send money using ONLY the Zelle app? I'm trying NOT to log into my bank account app. Zelle only tells me to log into my Bank of America app. I wish to send money without logging into my BoA account. Please help?

I use American savings and I can’t see zelle option in the bank but when signing up to zelle it say it’s already on the all could someone tell what’s the problem

This doesn't help. My mobile app doesn't have those options, but is listed in the zelle banks. Ugh!
