My Bank charges me a whopping $50 to transfer money on line at my own computer. I go to Walmarts it’s only $8. It’s takes time since I have to withdraw money and drive to Walmart but the inconvenience is worth the cost

Em, interesting, in Canada, banks told me whatever amount of $ you transfer, the handling charge is C$45.00. Which is pretty cheap if you are transferring a large amount, and safe too.

its normal the workers from the non goverment organization entities has need to pay the live agent before getting release the salary of the workers and asking several manytimes processing fee (USA BASED)

Good info but the biggest cost in international transfers is corresponding bank fees which are ridiculously high for some countries, if sending a few hundred $$, expects to lose $35-50USD, sent $$ twice, Canada to Ecuador. The smaller Transfer companies don't or won't tell you the potential corresponding bank charges, you only know when you see what the recipient actually receives!
