I cannot understand these steps he's giving for this fix. He's too fast and I'm not savvy with computers. Can someone help me please because I'm unable to access any links in the content of my emails. when I click on it to open up a sale ad or something similar nothing happens! It has been doing this for several weeks now, and I don't recall changing any settings since I'm not even familiar with how to change them. Thanks!
