Here’s what I marinated the beef in
● Soy Sauce 4 tbsp

● Sake 3 tbsp

● Sugar 3 tbsp

● Mirin 2 tbsp

● Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp

● Green Onions sprinkle on top

Damn, you never fail to make great food man. I can't have beef but I can bet it tastes really good.
