He did the greatest job in this genre. All other food and world travelers out there now are nothing compared to his charme and series. Im sad about the loss of him. I enjoyed watching him. He dont told you much of himself he let the people tell their story and enjoyed it and the food. See ya maybe in the next system bro.

I've only known that Nicaragua is a latin country. But never known the inside (people and everything) of the country. They are never different than the rest of us. Beautiful soul, beautiful people. Congratulations to your Miss Universe 2023.🎉😊

Damn bro. Miss his humanity and down to earthness so much.

He was really a special voice.

Competent, but not grandiose in the kitchen. Appreciative of many types of food, but never really too foo foo. He never got above kicking it with everyday people no matter their culture, origin or station in life.

I spend 5 months a year in Nicaragua. Mostly Chichigalpa, Leon and Las Pentas. Beautiful people and great times !! Lots of tourists are back and from my view point things are looking better.

It's a beautiful and proud country with welcoming people. Despite the poverty you have everything in Nicaragua: supermarkets, department stores, reliable bus service between cities and towns, readily available car rentals and gas stations... I wish that I could say the same about Cuba.

The video includes views of the Chureca dump but they are very old. I was there in 2015 and it was an up-to-date recycling workplace for the former garbage pickers. I tried to paste in one of my photos but I guess you can't do that in the comments section.

God bless you, Anthony. You had the best the world could give, but you experienced the best of people in poverty. You knew what central banks do to people .

The video is very old, that place (chureca) no longer looks like that anymore, it was closed, drained, covered the heaps of trash for metane gas extraction and created a big recycle plant who employed all those trash workers, also local authorities built a neighborhood for those families in the nearby area of the former Dump/recycle plant.

Whoever is running the country should be ashamed of how these people have to live. What a shame.
