Been messing with PCs for decades, and seen a lot of Intel fuckups. But I think this one is by far the worst. Its affecting customers at the enterprise level, and its getting worse as time goes on.

On an intel 13th gen cpu if you are droping performance by 10-12% by undervolting for stability it just become a 12 gen cpu with few extra E-core

Rather than this stay with a 12th gen intel cpu or go AMD guys
