Sony Smart TV Vertical Lines Issue Fixed

Sony Smart TV Vertical Lines Issue fix. The issue was in T-CON board section. T-Con board and cable cleanup fixed the issue.

You are absolute hero my man! I repair T-CON board and got white vertical lines on screen - I clean ribbon cables and connectors with isopropyl alcohol and now TV is working perfect.

Good advice 👍 I changed the whole mainboard and T-Con Board and it worked. Maybe i only fixed the issue with the cable Connection during the repair, who knows 🤷🏼‍♂️

My tv is the same model as yours, got same problem and clean all the ribbon cable and connector with alchohol but still does not solve problem. Could it be the T con board or cof?. Cof looks nice and clean

Hi Thank you for the video. I have vertical and horizontal lines. I cleaned as you showed but I do not have alcohol wipes so I used liquid alcohol with a cotton bud. But it did not solve the problem. Was wondering if you could advise if what I did was incorrect or if there could be some other issue. tqvm

My sony tv KD-43X7500E has horizontal lines only in the Home menu option and some ghosting / horizontal lines while playing apps like Netflix, Hotstar etc.
Issue not seen while watching content through HDMI.
