Wow, this was really great. It makes me hot from the inside, then outside. Since i make your classes i got back my waist. Thank you for all your work. I only make classes with the lenght of up to 30 Minutes because of my arthritis. But it helps to go over the pain most of the time.😄

Thank you! Another lovely class. Had a big toe joint fusion operation ten days ago, so no walking but this class helps keep everything else working. Love your classes.
