That's a great old tractor indeed. Had an old one for a while, in the early 1980s. About a year ago, I noticed one that had been sitting for a very long time out behind an old barn. I was considering stopping in to see if I could acquire it, but somebody else rescued it.

Very well equipped optional 28L-26, rubber, PTO, three point. Excellent find. Wouldn't be to scared of that tire just driving around empty. In the field I'd be more concerned.

wow she is a beauty, i have never seen a IH like that one before, it must be one they did not make in the UK, just a USA model perhaps, can't wait to see here back in her finest which i sure you will do, i love this channel and seeing all the different tractors you seem to find, you must be able good at finding these beauties

This sure brings back memories. I put a lot of hours on our 4166. It was our main tractor. I loved it because it was our first 4 wheel drive so it meant no more using the brakes to turn. It was also our first & only tractor with air conditioning. Ours was sold in the mid 90's when we rented our land out.

It's nice seeing that older iron still working. When I was a kid growing up on my parents dairy farm here in upstate ny we had a massy 1105. It was a great dependable tractor but the only thing I could never figure out was why the multi power would not engine break in low..always seemed odd why massy did that. I enjoy your videos keep it up!
