I prefer RX 560 because it has a lower TDP and I Will use in a motherboard with RTX 3070 and a 850w Power supply.

Can I assume that the RX 560 is compatible with Mac Mini 2018 running Mojave (10.14)? Since the RX560 only consumes 80W why on earth would one want to get a 650W PSU, especially if it's not to be used it on a portable Mac? Is there a compact enclosure with a small PSU (~150W) for this eGPU? Thanks

i have asus tuf gaming plus z370 with an i7 8700 and gtx 1050 ti ( High sierra ) i ordered Sapphire nitro+ RX 570 to replace my nvidia card = do i need to add whatevergreen kext and what do i have to enable in config.plist? because i want to update my system to mojave 10.14.6 .
