These are a few things I do which helped me achieve skin without acne and glowing all day.
- Use a gentle face cleanser that removes excess oil and cleanses your skin well. I recomment littlleextra rriiceberry face wash only as it balances the skin pH too.
- Eat a nutritious diet. Avoid oily, junk, and spicy foods. Opt for vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals.
- Exercise helps purify impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body.
- Avoid touching your face often coz our hands are often full of germs that can lead to pimples when they touch the face.
- Once or twice a week, use an oil or serum for a face massage to improve circulation.
- Once or twice a week, do a cleanup routine: cleanse, steaming, scrubbing, use a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes.
- Clean your brushes and other things you use because they can harbor germs that can cause pimples when they come into contact with your skin.

hey mam i started retinol 4 months ago and i purge alot... my skin before was clear i only got acne here and there once in a while... after the purge has stopped i am left with pitted acne scarring which looks bad... it is not much but is visible... i read that scarring from purge will go away... is it true? or i have to do some treatment to remove it?
