These breath sessions have been life changing for me. That said, I am struggling to hold for that long at 63 sec. I don’t really mind since I feel great but any pointers on how I can improve will be ideal. Big hugs for all!

Love this. I do your videos everyday.

Could you do one like this but with.
1. Breath of Fire
2. Alkaline Breathing.
3. Wim Hoff (so slightly longer total breathing before holds)

With progressively longer holds between.
Eg.

- after the first round 70 seconds.
- Second round. 1.5 minutes.
- 3rd round. 1:45.

I notice I can hold longer each round.

Plus want to gradually increase breath-hold ability.

I did this session 3 days in a row, and only today l managed to hold the breath for all three rounds. I am not sure I'll be able to do next session 😕 It's really hard for me not to breath for more than a minute
