If God Does Not Exist Morality Does Not Exist

I don’t believe in god, and I do support taking some money from the wealthy and giving to the poor. It’s called taxation, it’s really not that crazy of a concept.

We have an inherant sense of basic morals. We humans, as herd animals, evolved that way to better work in groups. That is not exclusive to us. Other herd animals don't kill each other randomly. People born before the creation of the bible lived in societies with laws and rights. It's absurd that christianity claims monopoly over morality when clearly every other living being, independant of wether they read the bible or not, has a sense of morality. Especially considering the awful things god does and commands in the bible like the murder of pregnant women and slavery.
