I love the way you broke a complicated topic down to an organized and easy to understand way. I'm a lot clearer on how to structure my skincare routine now. Thank you!!

Could you do more follow up videos by recommending products that contain those key ingredients for different skin types? For example, what products with retinols or glycolic acid would you recommend for dry and sensitive skin?

Thank you for not only talking about acne that’s all I can ever really fine on YouTube and now everybody’s dealing with acne problems.

This was the most simplified yet informative skin care video I've ever seen. I have no idea what I'm doing and every other video is just so complicated for no reason. I wish you shared some products you recommend!

Excellent video! Your guidance really helps to reduce the overwhelming variety of options available for one's skincare routine. Thanks for helping to break down which products are most important.

I always use the Rosskastanie-Weinlaub-Gel after a long day; it helps my legs feel lighter and more refreshed.

Thanks for taking an overwhelming amount of skincare info and making it understandable! Can you provide guidance on rosacea? I’m struggling to figure out what the middle of the pyramid would be for type 1 rosacea (ivermectin, metronidazole, azelaic acid, sulfacetamide?) and I’m starting to learn about lasers but definitely need more info.

First of all, I am a big fan of your videos, my name is Reggie from Los Angeles. I am a guy, 39 years old, hispanic with a medium dark complexion (Fitzpatrick type 4 ish) dealing with signs of aging, photo damage and two big dark patches that look like melasma. I am currently using a hydrating toner followed by Azaleic Acid 15% (Fenacia gel) then a moisturizer, and then sunscreen in the morning. At night, I am using a hydrating toner again (I am currently using the I'm From rice toner) followed by tretinoin .1% (Retin-A) and finally a rich moisturizer (as of now I am using the First Aid Beauty Rich Cream Moisturizer). Finally, once a week on a night that I do not use my retinoid, Id use The Ordinary's AHA 30% peel. I would love your opinion on this little routine I came out with. So far its been working for me! Thank you. I enjoy all your videos. 😊

I have recently have been allergic reactions (rash, itching, slight swelling) when I wear eyeliner or eyeshadow. I’ve found one brand of mascara that I don’t react to. My dermatologist prescribed me a steroid to use but I don’t want to use that long term and just suggested I don’t wear makeup. Any eye makeup products you recommend as well as an eye cream to calm inflammation. My current routine is
Morning:
1. Cerave hydrating cleanser
2 maelove vitamin c
3 Vichy 89
4 la roche posay toleriane ultra
5 la roche posay tinted mineral sunscreen

PM
1 First aid beauty face cleanser
2 aklief retinol or salicylic acid toner. Take 1-2 days off per week.
3 la roche posay lipikar AP.

Hi Dr. Jenny, thank you for very informative video.
I have oily, sensitive and acne prone skin. I'm supposed to start my accutane journey but I didn't proceed as I'm really afraid with side effect . Currently, i'm trying this routine:
Night
1.Cerave foaming cleanser
2. Differin gel Adapalene 0.1% then wash after 15mins.
3. After wash, alternate the Puala's Choice and Cerave Retinol serum every other night
4. Angel Aqua Moisture cream

Morning
1. Cerave foaming cleanser
2. Topical Clindamycin
3. Angel Aqua Moisture cream
4. Heliocare Sunscreen Spf 50+

I hope this would work on me and to really avoid being on accutane.

Dr. Liu, what is the best way to incorporate copper peptides into my skincare if I also use glycolic acid (a.m.) and tretinoin (p.m.)?

I like your advice please. I'm a new member from Astoria, NY hello. You are young and pretty. I watch your good videos. For older ladies 60+ who never did any cosmetic procedures on their face and who don't want fillers or plastic surgery.
Which is best to do first? RF Micro Needling
Thread Lift or PRF Rich?
