This is the only statue tutorial I've used for years. I miss simple quick tutorials like these

I've built skin statues at least 20 times. I just use myself as a model for them. Also, just as a word of advice. If you plan on leaving weather cycle on, build the statue out of concrete. You could also turn fire spreads off, turn mob griefing off, or build some sort of feature at the top out of a non-flammable block. My skin has white horns on top, so I built them out if quartz, or white concrete, and so on.

5 Years Ago, i made a world with a cousin of mine, every time he would visit me, we would be playing our survival world on PS3 Edition. At a time we got very good, we had diamond enchantet armours, and we were preparing for the dragon fight. We've got a few eyes of ender, but the my parents got divorced and i've never seen this cousin ever since. I've got the missing eyes, DM'd him about the dragon fight and went to the WAR. After a few deaths, i finally killed the dragon, i only lost my diamond shoes with feather falling. After the fight, i went crazy on this world. I built a grave for my cousin, i put a dragon egg and head in there. Then i built a huge village around our house and now... i'm building his statue out of wool. This video really helped me.

heres a suggestion for the extra layer. its gonna take more work, but if you make the blocks 2x2, instead of 1x1, then you can get that extra layer.

Can you make them hold Items that are also at a 1-1 scale without it looking weird?
