Hi friends,
Hope your day 13 of 1 month weight loss challenge went great. Today's video is about a 2 minute workout for a flat belly. No gym, no equipment needed.
Start this workout along with walking and indian diet chart/indian diet plan that you are currently following. Pls see my diet chart in tamil videos if you need help.

Evening : 30 minit walking
Dinner : ragi kool

Day 12 completed (Aug 27)
7.30am: 250ml seeragam water
7.30 to 8am: Walking
9am: One apple
11.30am: Walnuts
1.30pm: 2 roti and vegetables
4pm: Mosambi juice
5 to 6.30pm: Whole body workout
7.30pm: Boiled eggs and pomegranate
3litre of water whole day

8 am - ginger cumin seeds lemon water
9.30 am - bullet proof coffee
1.30 pm - peerkankai poriyal, cucumber half
5.00 pm - tomato soup
7.30 pm - chicken tawa fry
9.30pm - apple cider vinegar

Day 7 - 1 hr of bootcamp session
8.30 am - ginger cumin seeds lemon water
9.30 am - half cucumber
1.30 pm - pavarkai poriyal, cucumber half, panner tawafry 5 pieces
7.30 pm - reshmi kebab (home made 😋)

Breakfast - 1 apple & 50 ml of milk
Mid morning - butter tea without sugar
12 to 1 - workouts
Lunch - cauliflower gravey & pumpkin raitha
Evening - almond's & green tea
Evening - as usual half an hour walking
Dinner - 2 eggs + any one juice
Your plank workouts awesome..
Am suffering same problem, there is no that much weight loss. But.... Great inchloss difference. I can't believe it. Thank you.

Calorie Intake: 1290 Kcal
Calorie Consumed: 2608 Kcal
Diet Method : Keto + Intermediate Fasting (11 AM to 7 PM)
Breakfast: Two Egg omelet with cabbage
Lunch: Meat 100grams and fish 200grams
Using butter, ghee & coconut oil for cooking
