Meta Knight is just such a unique character. Of coarse he is a knight like every other knight, but he isn't a good guy nor is he a bad guy. Plus his character design for how he has no legs, but still a really good design is just insane, and instead of doing what every swordsman do, he instead built a flying battleship to take over dreamland, for the good of all people. But not only is he also an anti hero, there is still lore to this day why he looks like Kirby, where his sword really came from, why he is one of the last star warriors to ever exist, and why he is so mysterious. He is just such a very cool character.

I love how Metaknight is just so ready to take control of Dreamland here, when in the recent games he’s pretty much done trying to do anything. I mean, in the opening scene of Return to Dreamland he’s just reading a book and watching Kirby steal King Dedede’s food.
