I actually might believe Meta Knight saying "Nuh-uh" here. One of Kirby's main advantages is looking and SPEAKING in an unassuming mannor, causing his foes to let their guard down. Meta Knight shows strength of his own by acknowledging that one's unassuming dialect or appearance don't determine their skill in other regards (i.e. fighting), so by using an "inappropriate" dialect to get a reaction, he's actually just flaunting one of Galacta Knight's weaknesses
