I start my day with lemon 🍋 water and I finish my day with lemon water, it's my favourite drink, thank you Dr for this important information,

Just recently i have seen people say you can use the whole lemon. Peel, pith, everything. So i blend up the whole lemon in a blender and place the chopped up lemon in a ice cube tray and freeze. I then take each morning one cube and melt in a glass of water.
