I take a concoction of warm lemon water, black pepper, cayenne pepper and soursop. Somthing has really changed in my body, i hardly get sick these days.

Lemons are great for arthritis! Yrs ago I read a book called " I cured my arthritis you can too". And I started out using 6 fresh lemons in a bottle of water and drank just it for 6-7 days and then that with adding in a fruit, then that with adding veggies etc.
If you felt pain your body was allergic to that food. It was hard at first, but then it really helps to cleanse your body of all the bad stuff we put in it and I felt fantastic! I really need to do it again and stick with it.
I couldn't have things fried (probably because of the seed oils dr Berg talks about) and I had a hard time with hamburger, I could do lean steak, but hamburger my stomach would hurt and then I'd have arthritis act up.
So yes lemons are a miracle fruit imo!!!

Organic lemons soaked in bicarbonate of soda, then chopped, blended & placed in ice cube trays, ready to be popped into a glass of ionized or distilled water. Also, pop a crystal of celtic salt under the tongue before every pint, it gets the water into the cell & hydrates the body, properly.

I’ve drank lemon water every day for four years. I skip every now and then just because I can’t get my hands on lemon, but basically it was part of rebooting my body. I started with a three day fast. I had so much inflammation from a bad hip replacement and a doctor that just wanted to give me drugs and I don’t take them. I can’t take pain meds, and yeah, it was hell not so bad. It came out twice as bad and changing I ate and I approached hydration and doing my physical therapy like a saint made all the difference in the world and then I got stronger and gained weight. I’m still trying to gain weight and that’s really hard when hyperactive and thin, but and for a long time, I drank the lemon juice with turmeric and pepper with garlic and it was disgusting, but it made a huge difference in my immune system and keeping my inflammation while my body healed because I was so whacked out and walking completely dysfunctional because of the botched surgery Anyway never give up. You are what you eat and I find pleasure everywhere and I don’t look it much. I just eat for health and is it a difference in the rest of my life
