We make authentic Thai green curry with chicken following the traditional method, starting by splitting the thick coconut milk to extract the natural coconut oil that we use to cook the whole dish. This process concentrates the flavours of the coconut solids and cooks out the Thai green curry paste, resulting in a rich but not heavy green curry. The curry is perfectly balanced with aromatic herbs and spices, making it a delicious and satisfying dish.

Thai green curry, known as “kaeng khiao wan” in Thai, is a popular dish that originated in central Thailand. The vibrant green colour comes from green chilies and fresh herbs, including basil, coriander, and kaffir lime leaves. Traditionally, the curry paste is made by pounding fresh ingredients in a mortar and pestle, which is then cooked in coconut milk to enhance its rich, creamy texture. This curry is often made with chicken, but can also be prepared with beef, pork, or tofu, and is typically served with jasmine rice. The dish’s balance of spicy, sweet, and savoury flavours makes it a favourite in Thai cuisine.

I just made it today from Bangkok Thailand ;) if you add some coconut sugar it might gain some more bonus taste

trying to find an america version but all these thai currys are like hey just take some rocks from mars and sous vide a 4th dimension cake and u have the recipes its that simple.
