Yes you may of made a video that didnt sound good & a topic you didnt like BUT you told the truth its all about working on yourself & doing well that makes the Narc suffer. You didnt hurt anyone by saying that. Dont beat yourself up over telling the truth. Even tho those ppl would harm us!

When he would belittle me saying I was doing the awful things he actually was doing, I would face him. Then I'd ask, who is that person that keeps telling
you all those lies? Let me talk to him. His face would show horror and panick. Then he'd run as fast as he could to get away. Now I know he was going to his supply. That's how he'd be able to be fine the next day! I hoped he'd resolve the issues. But I didn't know about narcissism. Your video is so valuable in understanding the matrix I was in.

my narc sibling holds on to things that happened long ago, to prove they were a victim. My grandmother had a scrapbook, in which she put all kinds of momentos. When my sibliing didn't give her one of just a few high school graduation announcements, my grandmother put the narc into a real guilt trip about it. And, many years later, I tried to explain to the narc that my grandmother didn't have the right to make them feel so bad about that trivial thing. But, my narc sibling held on to that and brought it up something like 30 years after it happened. What makes this so ridiculous is that my grandmother was already blind owing to diabetes, and she couldn't even see this invitation card that she wanted to badly.

Not only did that incident occur many years earlier, but my narc sibling turned that into a matter for which they blamed me for something similar -- something which hadn't even happened. It is totally such a devious waste of mental brain power to waste on insignificant things.

It really is a shame how much people are inclined to the negative way of seeing things. So much of a focus on wanting to inflict hurt, or to 'punish' others. While it does make sense with all the narcissists who have hurt us or perhaps completely upended our lives, the idea of them getting away with what they did is a terrible thought that can stick with us. But focusing so much on wanting to get back at them or make them pay only poisons the spirit. Personally I think it was a net positive if you had to 'sell out' in order to get your message out there and to be heard. What was the saying, "Negativity sells?" I know it would be better if you didn't have to, but in your case you have helped a lot of people and I do think it was worth that. There's definitely something to be said about society as a whole and how different it is now. Society encourages narcissism and how it is 'cool' to be heartless and not have empathy. Sometimes people who do have genuine empathy are made out to be a joke or caricature in a lot of movies and shows. The values aren't the same and everyone is unfulfilled and downtrodden. People understand things are bad out in the world, but I don't think they realize just how bad it truly is now.

It's an interesting ride to say the least. It's quite amusing to learn and experience how these minds operate on such an extremely different level. Sad is a word that can be used for it, sad to see how such unused energy can be used and actually thrown away for themselves. They could be doing or could have done alot 9f much better or even more profitable things for themselves instead of trying to destroy someone else.
