I have nothing to do with Maori culture, I was born, raised and still living all the way accross the planet, in Greece. But every time I see Te Tīmatanga I catch myself trying to imitate the moves. I gives me a unique thrill I never thought something so foreign to me would.

Eesh, I can only imagine how terrifying these war cries must have felt in actual combat. Im glad it is kept in the game of Rugby because it is a part of these cultures.

Goosebumps .. just goosebumps ... I'm Scottish, never even been anywhere near the Pacific Islands but there's something about these haka and challenges that touches my soul - every time, ever since I first saw NZ performing haha in the late 70's, early 80's. Stirring, awe-inspiring stuff. Respect!

That was cool to see the Samoan, Tongan and Fijian war dances put together!! That Maori haka looked viscous as hell ! Best haka I've seen in a while!! Could feel the mana from both sides

My God I miss NZ. Spent a year there 20 years ago, just fell in love with the people and culture. Been trying to go back but life just seems to keep that on my bucket list 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️. I love everything New Zealand.

Both hakas are beautiful what a great sight to see. As a fan of rugby from the UK and a massive fan of that part of the worlds rugby and it's culture my only regret is not seeing it in person. I literally am a Māori all blacks fan for life. mainly because of what that jersey represents to the Māori people. KIA ORA
