Reminds me of a line from the movie Invictus.."Soccer is a gentleman's game, played by hooligans. Rugby is a hooligans game, played by gentleman". Respect!

I had cancer and survived, losing a right kidney and my omentum.
I had no income protection at the time and 2 Maori scaffolding mates walked around the construction site asking for donations to help me n my plight.
The 2 Maori mates were knocking on my door 1 week after my surgery with the money they had collected from the whip around on site.I was given money on 3 separate occasions, they had gone out of there way to gather and collect the doosh to help me out.
My Maori mates have serious bucket loads of good karma, they told me Kia Kaha .
Be Positive Be Strong
They are inspiring mates.
They are powerful spirits Maori folks.
This vid to me, exemplifies Maori.
Dynamically Dignified, Dynamically Respectful and Dynamically Powerfull.
Cheers n Big respect to the Maori All Blacks n to all Maori folks.
RIP Anthony Foley

The respect shown towards Anthony Foley, by the mighty Maori All Blacks, is such a poignant, thought provoking and moving moment that optimises the rugby mentality as such a unique and wonderful sport; which in turn, embraces and respects brother players across such geographic divides and vast territories - truly fantastic - respect

Brought a tear to my eye, such class from the Maori All Blacks. They did the same for Maradona when they faced Argentina, they will always have my support in any competition. Huge respect from Ireland.

I traveled to New Zealand last year and fell in love with its people, the Maori culture, their traditions and the ALL BLACKS. I LOVE the comrarerty brotherhood and unity that watching Kiwis performing the Haka inspire, giving honor and praise to the Maori spirit. We could all learn from that, to those I met in NZ god bless and keep you, u r always in my heart. Jaime

I love the Haka, it’s a beautiful display of respect, courage and willpower. The fact that they performed this incredible war dance for someone who wasn’t their own is incredible to me and shows amazing sportsmanship
