I’m in for the long term. Brand new factory in U.S. Arizona 2025, and TSMC are also invested in a global production in both Japan Kumamoto and Germany Dresden with expected production 2027.

Especially appreciate your role as an educator, which likely guides your motivations and principles. for the past 6 months or so, I've been operating on the understanding that the semiconductor market was at bottom. However, i've heard some reports recently that we are 'almost' there. Are you also hearing this also? can you include these reports in your analysis? thanks!

I recently read articles written on 9/10 that stated that the yield at their foundry in Arizona is now equaling the yield in Taiwan. It will be interesting to see if there's a difference in revenue in the next two quarters. They are apparently going to be scaling up on labor and should be in full production in 2025. Of the money given by the US for the chips act, this might be the most lucrative beneficiary. (I believe Micron and Intel were also beneficiaries of the act).

TSMC has opened manufacturing facilities in the USA. Latest reports indicate that these facilities have been as profitable as the main facility in Taiwan

I would not touch it yet! Too high and let it have some correction. Stock does not always go up and up. There is a ceiling and TSMC is at the top

What happens if China invades Taiwan though? Isn't this stock risky for that reason?
