Wagyu Strip End - A piece of art! | KIRISHIMA WAGYU

A piece of art! This Was a Kirishima Wagyu Strip End from the side it connects with the Ribeye! It’s a fantastic cut that gets the features of the Strip with its fantastic tenderness, but also a really high marbling which Ribeyes aren’t shy of. The distribution of the marbling on this steak was beautiful!
