If you buy steaks from Walmart on clearance you have to be careful of green! There was a post on the Walmart subreddit about how long they can keep their meats and when to clearance them and they can keep them up to a light green tint I believe!

I just had this tonight for Father's Day (the rest of my family are choice grade! Lol) but it is VERY VERY GOOD!!! We only put salt and pepper to season and grilled it and it almost has a sweet flavor to it and it is very tender! My Walmart is $25.97 a pound but the steak was only .6 pounds so it was only in the mid teens on price! Worth every penny
