Procedure:
Please follow below steps to reset or reboot your scooter to the factory settings.

This should clear most error codes that you may have encountered.

NOTE: These procedures will also reset your Bluetooth password.

 Reboot Method# 1

Turn the unit ON

Hold the throttle lever and the brake lever all the way down and keep them down (you may need to ask someone to help with an additional hand)

Turn the unit OFF

Release the throttles

Turn the unit ON

Reboot Method#2

Turn the unit OFF

Hold the throttle lever and the brake lever all the way down and keep them down (you may need to ask someone to help with an additional hand)

Turn the unit ON

Release the throttles

Turn the unit OFF

Hello, I'm from Brazil, I bought a second-hand scooter, ninebot Es4 model from the Uber app. So my product does not fold and does not have Bluetooth and GPS function. Doing everything you teach in this video, is it possible to return these functions and be able to track through the original app? No need to enter any password?

Hello James! Could you help me?!

I would like to use some of your experience with Segways since I´m a noob. :)

I just bought an used NineBot ES2 with 2.000 km history.
Have been using it for 4 days and yesterday I was recharging it after a 6km trip, at 65%, and I got to know that I should ask the previus owner to unbind it from his account in order to let me bind it to my brand new Segway account.

After get it done I changed the old device name to a new one and the app crashed while "loading screen " and the device display turned off and now it´s dead. :(

The current status is:
I plug the recharger, nothing happens on display and rear red light get blinking in a 2sec interval.
I press Turn On button, same as above.
If I press and hold Turn On button for a few seconds, the rear red light turn off and stop.

I have tried hard reset, holding break and accelerator for 5 secs and then tap Turn-On button. Nothing happen.


I don´t know what else could I do.
