Holy crap man. that was so easy to understand. Thank you. people have 200 page books on how to charge customers. You made it understandable in 5 minutes!!! Great job.

I love the way you simplified the quoting aspect. It definitely helped me wrap my mind around quoting. I’m really enjoying what you putting out. Keep up the good work and be safe.

Thanks for your vidoes. I am a home owner who cuts all the trees myself thanks all the things I learned from the videos you put up. Fact is anything over $1000 is way way too expensive for me to cut down a tree. So I have to learn to do it myself.

Hey you should do some tutorials but with a regular hand saw. I'm guessing the principals are kinda the same as with a chainsaw, only a lot slower. But I'm just curious if there are any minor details to be aware of when falling a tree without a chainsaw.

How do you determine your hourly rate (internally) to use in estimates when starting out? For example, you don't know how many working days because you are unsure of how much work you'll sell, and you also don't have enough consistent work to employ anyone full time (or even part time)?

And here in Ireland 🇮🇪 the insurance company cost as general gardening costs without a chainsaw is a few hundred euros per year but with a chainsaw is about a thousand euros because of the danger of the chainsaw being used. And general tree felling is a certain amount but to buck the wood is extra

Great video. Would it be possible to show a "Real Life" example of a tree job, to include the tree to take down, time it takes to take it down and the fee to take it down? Thanks!!

I don't think you said anything about the insurance libltiaty cost. Worker comp. And cover if the tree does damage to the home owners property. What's that charge cost?

I have 1 year experience in the field. I'm currently an apprentice for line clearance tree trimming. I've already done some work for family but I want to branch out to customers I don't know. Any thoughts on selling to strangers without much of a portfolio? I see dead trees in people's front yard and see an opportunity to sell. I only have a 201 chainsaw. Thanks

I find it pretty hard to raise my prices THIS high. I live in a small European country and we have a lot of tree climbers here doing work for peanuts. I dont see why the customer would want to pay me 2-3x the price of the other guy.

CONTRACTORS: All my building, electrical, cement, framing, roofing etc .... contractors buddies say You should get half the jobs You bid on. If You get only a 3rd of the jobs You bid on Your charging too much if You get 80 to 100% of the jobs you bid on your charging too little 😊
