Also, I enjoyed reading your PC World article “Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Ti vs. RTX 3060 Ti and Radeon RX 6700 XT: Fight!” I figured I would mention it now since I forgot to a couple months back. :)

From gt635m to rtx4060.. I'm pretty grateful for what I have rn. I don't care what people says but this gpu is AMAZING

To get the 16gb for stable diffusion I would have to pay twice as much to get a 4080... so I think this is a very attractive option

Coming from a gtx 980 to this 16gb 4060ti I feel like I’ve won the lottery

i think you did a fantastic job at showcasing this card in a real world scenario running games not benchmarks and tech numbers, because i wanna see how it looks and plays. thank you so much i subscribed and thumbs up for this rare real video.

A friend of mine is into 3d rendering and he was looking for an upgrade. He had an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 and an RX 560. he was thinking about getting a ryzen 7 and whatever was available for a gpu. I simply told him to get the 4060 ti 16GB. Couldn't be happier. I don't know why the internet hates this card you get the same performance with near HALF the power consumption. Unless someone else pays for your bills, get a life and stop bitching out over this card. it's not like you need to game at 4k ultra at 300 fps to be good in a game.

Finally a review that's not trashing the 4060ti 16gb but gave a proper review.

I bought an Asus Dual RTX 4060 Ti 16GB around Black Friday for $405 USD, and I'm super happy with it.
Upgraded from an RTX 3060, which has since been repurposed into a secondary build I'd been scrapping together for a work and media server PC.
This 4060 TI consistently impresses. It's delivered about a 30-40% performance increase for me, depending on the game, all while drawing *less* power than the 3060 did.
It's launch price of $500 was too high IMO, but at $400 I think it's an easy GPU to recommend. I'd avoid the 8GB variant though unless it drops below $350. This GPU wants more than just 8GB of VRAM to really stretch its legs.

All they needed to do was shift the price and maybe the names for the 4060s. The 4060 should have been a 4050/Ti, the 4060 Ti 8GB should have been the 4060, and the 16gb Ti should have been just the 4060 Ti. Priced at 250, 300, and 399.

i've been in the market for a 4060 ti 16gb (especially since the price drop!) and have been looking at the asus dual card specifically. I've watched atleast 5 other videos reviewing the card and I must say I really enjoy the fact that you got straight to the meat and potatoes and approached this strictly from a consumer who hasn't paid any attention to hooplah. I'm on a 1080p res screen, 5900x/3060 12gb and struggle with some games maxed out so I can't wait to see what this thing does once I get it in my hands and pop it in my build!

I bought my 4060TI 16gb Spider-Man version over the holidays for $429 and am quite happy with my purchase. I didn't want to settle for previous generation technology and really don't need a more powerful gaming pc or need to spend more money. I really had to overlook a lot 4060 bashing reviews so really appreciate your balanced review. Thanks! Jan 2024

Hey man, it’s been a minute since you put this video out there, but I just discovered it when I was looking around for a reasonably priced replacement for my 2080 Super which died recently. I was on the fence about the 4060 Ti, even though it really hit the performance/price sweet spot for my needs. After seeing so many reviews complaining about it, I was surprised by your take. But you covered all the stuff I really needed to know about the card, and this video was a major part of my decision to buy one. I am very happy with the 4060 Ti 16 GB I bought last week!

Thank you for an honest take on real world performance of this card. I really appreciate it!

For Stable Diffusion and other AI work this is going to just perfect. I'm buying this for that exact use case. For 500€ what's out there that has 16Gb Vram? Nothing...

RTX 4060 TI

+ DLSS 3 capability is the future
+ Strong Ray Tracing performance
+ Excellent 1080p performance (100 fps on average at Tom's Hardware)
+ Competitive 1440p performance (75 fps on average at Tom's Hardware)
+ 32 MB L2 Cache (grants effective 554 GB/s bandwith)
+ Low power consumption (160W TDP)
+ Reliable 8-pin power adapter
+ HDMI 2.1 Connector
+ Compact physical size
+ New, launched on May 24th, 2023

If you play 2-5 yo games, you'll easily gets high fps and very streamlined gameplay on highest settings. If you play new games, you can actually enable Ray Tracing. If you play future AAA games, DLSS 3 will help you out. Only problem is 4K resolution, but then again, not any €400 GPU can handle such a high resolution.

I hate it how people are hating the card. I know the price is bit higher however you are getting new generation card with all the modern technologies. Like Frame generation, DLSS. I completely love the 4060ti 16gb version cause in the near future, 16gb gonna feel less. Bought this card last week. Tbh im quite satisfied with the card.

4060 Ti 16GB is a great entry level graphics card, the problem is that NVIDIA decided they'd bump entry price up to 500 USD, which is way too much. Just like this review said, if it was a 400 dollar MSRP I don't think anyone would have even said anything. You get 16GB to handle high quality textures, the latest NVENC/NVDEC which support AV1 finally, and DLSS/AI on its tensor cores. This is a card that can do ray tracing at playable framerates on 1440, and that's previously been limited to 800 and up elite/niche cards. Since AMD can't really deliver on the ray-tracing or DLSS, there really isn't much competition for NVIDIA, and they know it. Sure, if you're willing to sacrifice those you can get a better value with AMD today.

I just replaced my 3070 with 4060ti 16gb and all i can say is i dont have regrets as i can now max out every game on 1080 and 1440p(dldsr) and also advantage of dlss 3

This card would be one of the best card in our life time if it was 100$ cheaper.
