To put it simply: our lives are filled with chronic stress, but our bodies aren’t made to handle it. More women are experiencing symptoms of burnout and chronic exhaustion — or Adrenal Fatigue — than ever before.

The symptoms of adrenal fatigue are disruptive and destructive:

- Chronic fatigue, overwhelming tiredness and lack of energy
- Insomnia or sleep disturbances
- Inability to cope with stress physically or emotionally
- Cravings for salty and/or sweet foods
- Lightheadedness
- Weak immune system
- Infections and colds/flu
- Fuzzy thinking or brain fog
- Low libido
- Irritability
- Digestive issues
- Depression and anxiety

For women suffering from adrenal dysfunction, symptoms of adrenal fatigue can compromise your quality of life, work, and relationships. Sadly, many conventional doctors dismiss or deny the fact that adrenal fatigue and stress exist — and worse, they do not offer any treatment for adrenal fatigue.

Fortunately, functional medicine doctors like Dr. Sharon Stills have developed natural remedies to revitalize the adrenal glands and restore health and vitality. In this short video, Dr. Stills explains one of the most important components of the Adrenal Fatigue Natural Treatment Protocol: The Adrenal Fatigue Diet.
In this video you’ll learn how changing your diet and lifestyle can remedy adrenal fatigue, boost energy, and give you your life back by implementing the following changes:
Regular meal schedule: the optimal timing of meals for Adrenal Health
Nutrition for Adrenal Fatigue: which foods support the Adrenal Glands, and which foods to avoid on the Adrenal Fatigue Diet
Healthy Protein: Dr. Stills loves wild-caught salmon to stabilize blood sugar.
Dark Leafy Greens: kale, swiss chard, mustard greens, spinach, beet greens — and so many more! — provide magnesium for cellular energy support.
Foods that provide Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) which is intimately involved in production of stress hormones in the adrenal glands. Avocados, hazelnuts, asparagus, egg yolks, carrots, red and yellow peppers, lentils, and organic proteins are all wonderful options.

Hum... Been doing an experiment to eat the three main meals daily.

Noticed a difference after 3weeks.

Never thought it would be because I was giving my adrenal glands a rest.

Interesting...
