In my opinion after listening to her I think small portions every 3to 4 hours probably early breakfast lunch around noon a healthy handful of nuts at 4pm and dinner around 7 should work. I’ve been doing this for about 6 months and finding good results. See what works for you.

Everyone has a completely different eating plan. So confusing, one says lots of orotein and root vegetables and you say the opposite...how does one even begin???

Do you recommend RESISTANT STARCH. ..like cooked/cooled/reheated Whole foods. ...Potatoes, Basmati Rice, Beans, oats, etc. ???? These act like FIBER & Not Carbs. Feeding good gut flora. 😊
