I can't believe I had to look up a video for this, nearly beat the entire Shadow campaign without knowing how to switch it.

for the people having trouble finding the “additional content” button, i had the same problem but you have to download the skin separate (on ps5) hover over the game on your home screen, then press start, then select “manage game content” any of your skins would be there

Yeah, I claimed the skins on PlayStation, but the DLC button ( X or 🔳) apparently doesn’t exist according to the game

When i try to click square on my PlayStation to equip my adventure skin I pre-ordered It doesn’t do anything

So for the classic sonic skin…..i accidentally backed out after redeeming the code. I can find the transaction history but im unable to download it. The adventure skin code downright doesn’t work.

I have another problem, I got the game 3 days after release, yeah, I still got the day one edition with the sonic skin, I think someone's getting fired because of this

Actually livid cause my sa2 skin code just faulted on me.
And when I go to use it again cause it didn't work it tells me that the code was already used

i can only change for sonic but not for classic snd shadow

Well it helped me on the shadow campaign but ... i wanna use my sonic jam skin but i can not get the menu.... even on the shadow campaign to change it back.... soooo i dunno what to

Everything BUT the sonic skin shows up. Yes, I am on the latest version AND have bought the DLC.
