Knowing how to fish, hunt, process your own meat and taking time to thank the Lord for your bounty! You were raised right and CUDOS to your parents! Can also see why cooking seems so natural to you. Was raised on a farm in the Midwest. We also processed our own meat. We had a big old meat grinder with a hand crank bolted to a 2X10" plank. You are going to do very well on your channel!

I'm sure you have a preferred way of processing venison but let me share a way an old mountain man told me and my family loves it. #1 quarter your deer into a cooler #2 soak it in saltwater and ice the first 24 hours #3 soak it in freshwater and ice the second 24 hours #4 drain the cooler and for the next 5 days keep it covered in ice. It will be tender and not gamy at all. I tested this method with an old buck that was tough just quartering it. It was very good after processing it properly.

Been processing my own game for a long time also, I like the cling wrap idea. Thanks for the tip, I have always used zip locks inside the paper.

I'm just gonna say it, you're a talented person! You kill it, clean it, butcher it, grind and spice your own meat, and cook it all yourself! I grew up in rural Idaho on a big farm and know thousands of people and I bet only a very small percentage of them could do it all start to finish. And that's men and women! Good for you!!! I bet your parents are very proud!

Use to make deer sausage with pork at my great uncle's chicken/hog farm with my dad as a kid.. we had hand crank grinder...it's the best good with sage and spices. Your video brought me back there.... the memories with my late father...🙏✌❤🥓 thank you

Whatever man marries this woman has a Grand Prize for life. Most young women or even women today, especially in america, would be to impatient & to busy, always trying to look cute, for their own good.
Cheyenne is cute yet all about business. I'm totally impressed.😮
