Better than any Sausage you'll buy at a store. And for the sensitive people go eat a salad. Y'all take care and have a blessed week.

Listen, I'm watching from Wales, united kingdom, let me tell you this guy here is absolutely fantastic, I'm from the country and country folk do things differently to city folk, it's nice to see a genuine, honest geezer, rather than stardom seeking, money obsessed idiots, more videos please Jeff and thank you

You have a real nice channel here young man ! I enjoy the honesty you display . You and Hannah both are a pleasure to watch. These people who are too sensitive to view butchering would starve in a matter of days or grab a knife and figure it out. Glad I’m not like them .

I'm so glad i grew up in the country and know where my food comes from and what it takes to get it to the table. The crap you buy at the stores these days has no flavor. My grandma used to keep track of which chickens produced and which ones didnt. if they didn't contribute they was dinner :)

Hey Jeff. Little tip from lifelong butcher. I’ve made thousands lbs sg. Mix the spices with a little water first. Distributed better and easier.
