Crack Burgers might be YOUR new favorite burger!!!

Crack burgers are another trend happening and we decided to try it both regular and smashburger way on the Blackstone. Give the video a look and let me know what you think in the comments below!!!
Ingredients:
1lb bacon
1.5lbs 80/20 ground chuck
3 tablespoon sour cream
2-3 tablespoons Ranch seasoning
1/2 cup chopped bacon
1 cup shredded cheese
6 slices American Cheese
6 Potato Rolls
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion
Pickles
Sliced bacon
Duke's Mayonnaise
Directions:
1- Cook 1lb bacon on a pre-warmed griddle and set to the side and chop up 1/3 cup to use later. The other strips will be used to build the burger. Increase temp of griddle to medium to medium high.
2 - Get a large bowl and add ground beef, ranch seasoning, sour cream, cheese, Heifer Dust, and bacon. Mix well without trying to overly mix.
3 - Use ring molds and take about a 5.6oz portion and make a burger patty.
4 - Lay onto the bacon grease and pre-warmed griddle. Cook 2-3 mins on one side, then flip and then add the cheese to melt. Also toast your buns.
5 - Assemble your burger with lettuce, burger, bacon, tomato, onion, and pickles.
6 - Enjoy!
