I would say the amount of VRAM is one of the things to factor in, but there should be a lot more other factors like the performance of your GPU and CPU combo. I would also factor in like the type of games you’re playing and also going on VR by itself you would want to like know what kind of Vram you’re using like for example you have GDDR6 which is slower than GDDR6X so there could be less GDDR6X but still put out the same performance. An example of this I know right off the top of my head is the fact that the 3060TI has only 8 gigabytes of VRAM but is able to perform supposedly better than a regular 3060 with 12GB of VRAM. And most games from what I’ve seen there is also like a scale that tells you how much each setting will use of your GPU vram.
