This song reminds me of the physically exhausting cries I had for my exes and it really makes me realize that I’ve cried the hardest for the ones that I fell hard for. Then people ask why do I always have my guard up. Do they know what it’s like to cry till you’re on the verge of passing out? Losing feeling in every limb and muscle. The person you are unconditionally in love with will be the end at some point and it’s the only fear you didn’t want to face. That’s what that cry means.

This may be a good song, but a gentle reminder to those people who feel like they relate to this, DON'T ever date someone if you're still not over your ex. DON'T go around telling someone you love them if you're still tied to your past. You may say that it's your way of moving on, but think of the trauma that you'll be inflicting to the person you use as a rebound. Think of the damage that you'll be causing to them, mentally and emotionally. Think of the trust issue that you'll be giving them. You may say that no one knows how you feel because no one's in your position, but whatever your reason is, it doesn't give you the right to use someone's feelings, especially if it's sincere. Learn to grow up.

My coworker sent me this song after my gf of one year suddenly left me for another guy. I'm realizing that it's for the better because I sacrificed a lot for her, which lead to my mental health getting pretty bad. It sucks that it happened the way it did, but it's for the better.
