I the auto optimizer gone? I don't see that option in Streamlabs Preview

I have a RTX 2060 a few months back I was streaming medium to high settings using NVENC new recently I've noticed that PC couldn't handle it even with low settings nothing but lag and stutter even slowing down my PC completely. So I tried Software x264 this morning and man did it make a difference in gaming absolutely night and day I use a Ryzen 7 wish I knew this earlier!

How does one create multiple levels of quality like some streams? Mine is locked at the 720 60FPS but I also want to stream at a lower resolution for others.

Im using Streamlabs and elgato but i always skipped frames i dont know why is it possible with the internet connection? I have also good gaming pc and good capture card

I have an AMD GPU... when I auto optimize it, it set everything to default.

The "Run Auto Optimizer" button is conspicuously absent on the new version of Streamlabs. There is a noticeable gap where it SHOULD be.

Optimizer seems kinda shit. I have a 2080 TI and 1 gig up and down, sets my bitrate to 2000 lol

If i didnt put custom ingest option it was capping my bitrate while streaming at 3.5mbps while i have 1gb upload. LOL whats up with that?

edit: since im from portugal, i chose Madrid, Spain server wich was closest to me. Idk, am i doing something wrong? I was rly kapped. My system is 3090 + 12900K

I auto ram the setup searched for my best settings and it still lags why? I’ve tried turning but rate down from 6000 to 3500/4500/4000 and no difference
