I went to therapy at a free clinic so this wasn't true for me xD

But the therapists kept leaving with almost no notice and everyone in thw clinic knew what I told the therapist because confidentiality apparently didn't extend to my "other caseworkers". I never felt able to trust them with my real issues and stopped going

I actually had a friend like that. She would always ask me to buy her snacks from the school cafeteria and most it was only $1 but that added up over time so I got in trouble with my dad he told me to stop buying things for my so called friend and she never talked to me again. That's not the whole story but the basics of it. So...yeah.

Thats exactly why i talk to my parents about my problems instead of therapists, therapists are only helping you cause they get paid for it

That's literally me with my therapist...

once i was in the middle of talking to her about something really bad for me (i was reeeeally sensitive in that moment) and when she said "you can wait if you don't feel comfortable, I'm here for you" I looked at her with such a angry expression and responded "of coure you're here for me, I'm paying you".

I still feel awful thinking about it cause she didn't deserved that reaction, but at the same time it was mt genuine thought (and sometimes i is still think that)
