Step 1: In message that you are composing, click File , Properties.
Step 2: Click Security Settings, and then select the Encrypt message contents and attachments check box.
Step 3: Compose your message, and then click Send.

Thanks for sharing this video. However, I am getting the "Invalid Certificate" error and cannot send the email with the attachment using the encryption option. Any help?
