This came into my recommendations. This is the first time, I'm hearing this. It reduced my anxiety. Listening to this before going for bed and after getting up will decrease the stress.. I think.

This was exactly what I needed…lately my mind has been so overwhelmed that when I sit down to eat that my stomach has been in knots. I usually try to distract myself by getting sucked into reels and shorts but realized that it wasn’t helping me AT ALL. But playing this video…as soon as I heard the first bowl ding…I immediately felt this calming sensation…although I am eating my lunch currently listening to this…it truly helped calm my mind and my nerves ❤❤❤

Love the sound it remind me childhood in japan:) every morning my grandmother rang the bell and prayed.
The background sound of crow cry also recall japan 😊Thank you so much ! My morning meditation was perfect with this sound ❤
